lease note that until further notice all services in church, and all church groups are suspended and except for  when the church is open for socially distanced prayer, the Church building will be kept locked.
However, though physically separated, we are still united with God and one another through prayer and love!

There is currently no weekly Notices Sheet but please keep looking for when it returns. Instead there is a Letter from the Vicar giving details of weekly readings and services, as well as other items of general interest. This  and some Suggested Prayers for the Times, plus details of current services online and in church can be found via the links below. Also - our bi-monthly Parish Magazine is now published online, on the Resources page of this website.

a puzzle cover

A little book of puzzles etc has been produced by Alison, Richard, and Jim, (completely free of charge!) in the hope that it will provide a little light relief in these dark times. To open the Christmas Puzzle Book, click here. It can be viewed or - if you wish - printed or downloaded to your computer for printing. Instructions are given on the inside cover. To open the Answer book, click here.

We hope you enjoy it - Happy puzzling!

What we hope will be resumed, once we get back to normal.

St Oswald's has a very busy social calendar, which is constantly updating. You will find details of most of the regular groups that you can attend in the Clubs and Groups section.
However, every
Monday Cafe O is open to anyone who fancies a cake and a cuppa - click here for more information.
We also have a
holiday club running every summer for children from Reception to Y6 - click here for more information.
Throughout the year we run a variety of social events such as quizzes, barn dances and picnics, to which all are welcome. Visit the
Calendar page for more information and keep checking back to see when more events are added!

Family Service

Sorry, Family Service is suspended until further notice. Watch this space and we look forward to seeing you when we can get back to normal activities.

In 2020 every Family service is about one kind of animal or another. Turn up and see what wonderful creatures appear!
