Hire The Hall 

Our hall is available for hire and 80+ chairs, 12 large tables and 6 small ones are available to hirers.

Facilities

• Kitchen with double oven cooker, crockery, hot water urn etc., 
• Toilets for Ladies and  Men, and a Disabled toilet  which has baby-changing facilities 
• A large Projection screen 
• The maximum capacity is 120 if chairs are linked together in rows, or 80 if sitting at tables.

We do not allow the sale of alcohol although you are welcome to bring your own. In order to protect the floor it is not available for tap-dancing or similar activities.  One of the two side rooms (the Alban room) is included when hiring the hall, but the other is only for church functions.

Capacity and size

The hall's maximum capacity is 120 if chairs are linked together in rows, or 80 if sitting at tables and approximately 100 for dance based activities.

The hall is approximately the size of a badminton court, measuring:

Length (to front of the stage): 46 feet /  14 m
Width: 29 feet /  9 m
Height available: 10 ft 6" / 3m  (however only 9 feet / 2.5m of headroom where the lights at fixed at the stage end)

Cost

Weekends

£90 for a 3 hour hire (minimum hire period). £22 for each additional hour.
Church and uniformed organisations -£50 for 3 hours, additional hours £14 per hour.

Weekdays

£16.50 an hour
Church and uniformed organisations - £11.50 per hour.
